What the request form collects
The request form collects name, phone, species, height band, quantity, fulfilment path (pick up or delivered & planted), and optional notes.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the Turnstile bot check, and provides cookieless Web Analytics. Resend handles email delivery.
Where it goes
A submitted request is sent as an email to the site operator, who relays it by phone to the owners.
How long it is kept
The request is kept in the operator’s mailbox until the request is handled. There is no database. Resend keeps delivery logs per Resend’s policy.
What we log
Operational logging records the request id and outcome only — never form contents.
